Corn snakes are capable of breeding at relatively small sizes, although most breeders I've talked to recommend wating until the female is at least 36 inches long. Male can be smaller - a 28 inch male can successfully breed.

Check my post above ("First eggs of season", the female is a 03' (just under 3 years old), is 36" long exactly and actually weighed under 300 grams and I didn't think she'd produce, but she did. Six good eggs - no slugs! This makes it the youngest & smallest ever for me!
