Unknown rescue...

Antegy May 15, 2006 08:59 PM

Hi everyone,

I "rescued" this little snake from the merciless hands of the local neighborhood children, but I'm not sure just what it is. My best guess is Storeria decayi. Am I even close??

Thanks very much,
- Mark

It is definetely a Brown Snake. As to which subspecies I'm not sure without knowing where(State) you found it.

Sorry - I should have included that info in my original post. I got him here in Massachusetts.
