Heat cables?

kyle1 May 17, 2006 12:05 PM

I was having a problem with lights, as in to many of them and not enough plugs. I went to the local pet care store and found this. I placed it in my 8 month olds cage and he loves it. when he gets to warm he climbs off of it and then goes back to the stick that its on. It looks horrible in the cage so I plan to make it an under the tank thing. Has anyone else used this, is a bad to have?

Hi
you can better use spots.
the heatcable can burn youre beardies tummy.
heatrocks same storie.
they cant feel the heat from underneat and they can burn themzelf then.
so pitty but a bad idea
use a thermometer with a extra probe so you can measure the spot 110-115 .
