SWEET little fellows! Keep the pics coming. By the way, found what appears to be a gravid female D. p. punctatus this past Sunday. Now I have a pair.

Glad to hear that, vamp. Maybe in the future we can exchange some offspring.
I'd really like to find a few northerns like the photo for this forum...grayish-blue with the immaculate, yellow belly.
My personal favorites as far as small, native US snakes...a bit more skittish than Diadophis, but really interesting. I know a lot of people on here or elsewhere have had difficulties with them (blisters, not eating, etc.) but mine seem to do just fine.

Another great pic! I have never seen one of these other than in pictures. Cool looking little animal. Keep the pics coming.
