does anyone know the scale counts for probeing carpet pythons....irina jayas to be specific but we also are gona probe some jungles and a costal? thanx

Pythons of the World:

Jungles: "females typically probe to a depth of 3-5 subcaudals, though occasionally as deep as 8 subcaudals. Males probe to a depth of 8-13 subcaudals."

Coastals: "females typically probe to a depth of 4-5 subcaudals, though occasionally as deep as 10 subcaudals. Males probe to a depth of 10-15 subcaudals."

Sorry, don't have access to hard numbers like this for IJ carpets, but hopefully this helps.
