Cricket/mealworm regimen?

Do you feed crickets with the occasional mealworms or mealworms with the occasional crickets?

I feed mainly mealworms.....with the occasional waxworm or two

I feed mainly mealies with crickets maybe once or twice a month..and waxworms once or twice a month.. (one week crickets, next waxies..the next crix...etc etc)And never many of them.. I buy 2 dozen waxies and 2 dozen crix.

I feed mine mainly crickets supplement with mealworms.
