Time to Linolium the cages...question?

kjanda May 19, 2006 01:48 PM

Need to know what glue you guys would recommend to use for retics, burms, and boas. The entire inside of the cage will be covered with linolium (some of it comes with a "sticky backing" but some does not) and with the colors my sweetheart wants, I want to be sure I can "glue" down the linolium (spl?) correctly and safely for the animals. I'm using plywood by the way.

Thanks

Contact cement would work best but is not the easiest to use. Some construction adhesives will work but I havn't used any for that application. Your main concern is getting it flat and stuck down good. Also make sure you silicone the seams along the edge. Ply and moisture don't mix.
