leopard emergency

I made a mistake and the cats got into the gecko room. one of my females was attacked, it looks like one of her lungs is hanging out her side. does anyone have any advice, im currently on the phone looking for a reptile vet...she appears to be breathing ok. please help, i feel terrible.

we found an emergency vet that gonna see her...hope it works.

=*(unfortunately, the "emergency vet" I took her to had NO experience with reptiles, he kept calling it an amphibian...I took her in, he looked at her, and said it was her lung that was out. He wanted to "knock her out” and try to put the lung back in; administer anti-biotics, etc...But could not give me any confidence in his abilities. I opted to euthanize the poor gecko, so it didn’t have to suffer anymore than necessary. So I learned a HARD lesson that took for granted for too long...NEVER LET CATS IN WITH REPTILES. I feel terrible I had to learn this way. Hope someone reads this, and learns from my mistake.

thats one idiot of a vet... not knowing the difference between a reptile and an amphibian?! A six year old could tell you the difference. (for those of you who dont know, its that amphibians spend part of their life cycle in water, i think. That may not be the technical definition, but thats teh general one.) I wouldnt reccomend taking any animals there at all.
