Western maturing/breeding info please..

I wondered on average how long it takes for western males to mature? Also how many females can a male be run to in a season with out running him thin? I am looking to try my hand with a group of these this season and just wanted to get an idea how many males/females to pick up. Any info you can offer would be great! Thanks.
