I’ve wired a few Ranco’s in the past with no problems. Just got a diagram off the net and wired them with no problems. Today I finished a new rack and went to wire up another ranco but when I opened it up it looked different than the others. The panel that has the 240, 120, com ports is not there. There is another panel higher up on the board that is labeled 24, TB5, COM. Can I still use this thermostat with my rack? Do I wire it differently? Any help would be great because I have a few ranco’s with this different configuration. Thanks

If it is like mine you have 2 stages. One Stage one is labeled from left to right 240, 120, COM appropriatly. Stage 2 is labled from left to right NC, NC, C appropriately. Simply connect both comman wires to COM wire the hot supply to the 120 and a jumper wire from 120 to the C connection. Wire the hot lead for the item being regulated to the middle NC connection. Wire the two grounds together and your set.

If yours is different I apologize. A picture would be better.

I agree looks like a diferent model #, what is the model #.

I think it is the wrong T-stat. Looks like a 24 volt T-stat. Check with who you bought it from.
