Missouri class 2 breeder permit

Can anyone give me some information on how to go about getting a class 2 permit, does a person renew every year or is it a 1 time deal? Thanks

Contact Missouri Dept of Conservation.

I think it is $300. I know it is annual.

$300 ? It must if jumped by $150 of the last 3 yaers then !
