The species of bearded dragon is Inland Bearded Dragon. About 90% of the available bearded dragons in the pet trade will be Inland. There are a few Rankins dragons and hybrids (Rankin X Inland) floating around or beleived to be floating around.
I can't remember for sure. German Giants are just Inland Bearded dragons bred for size more than anything else.

In Australia there are 8 species of Bearded dragons, most of which were never exported out to be introduced into the pet trade. With Australia's ban on all exports of natural wildlife, not likely to see them in the near future either.

These species of bearded dragon are as follows:

Inland (or Central)Bearded Dragon (Pogona vitticeps)(most common dragon sold as pets)

Drysdale River Bearded Dragon (Pogona microlepidota)

Dwarf Bearded Dragon (Pogona minor)

Western Bearded Dragon (Pogona minima)

Mitchell's Northwest Bearded Dragon (Pogona mitchelli)

Nullabor Bearded Dragon (Pogona nullabor)

Eastern Bearded Dragon (Pogona barbata) (some of these are available in the pet trade but not very common at all. Same with Western)

Rankin's or Lawson's Bearded Dragon (Pogona henrylawsoni)

Ok so that's for all known bearded dragon species currently identified. I have heard that a 9th was recently discovered but can't remember much about it.
