I saw a post once about the acrylic holders you use for perches...but I couldn't find the thread. Where can I find these? Also what do most people use as adhesive when connecting acrylic to acrylic? Thanks

The thread was titled, "Neonate enclosure size and setup", started on 5/2/06. I posted a pic of two types I made and used. The easiest thing to do is to contact Paul at www.mdcustom.com and order some from him. I know he sells them separate from his cages because he has an ad under the caging classifieds where he sells acrylic perch supports, hinges, and clasps. He can also tell you what to use to bond acrylic to acrylic. Personally, I use aquarium sealant but there might be something better out there that I do not know about.

Acrylic to acrylic is very easy to attach. They sell glue at www.usplastics.com that is specifically for that purpose. It will bond only to acrylic. Basically it melts the two pieces together and forms a solid piece. A local plastic supplier/shop should have the glue in stock also.

As for the perch holders, if you dont want to make them your self, then I would suggest what Bart gave for a response. That would definitely be the easiest route.
