A Pac-Man With growths

Ihave a pac-man with 2 growths. One on his chest and one on his
leg. He is slightly red underneath so i thought it might be red leg but i havenever seen redleg produce lumps. Thevet sayshe'snotsure. Anyone have any ideas.
