hehe fast little suckers arent they?! i have mastered the art of feeding tongs, yes thats right, i can catch a cricket in a 10X10 room with feeding tongs, its takes some practice, but its all worth it in the end I use the tongs because i like to hand feed my dragons, but carrick, well he would take my fingers with the feeder so we had to resort to tongs not sure if that is much of a help, but its what i do

I use vaseline around the top of the roach bin so that they can't escape ( although I have seen a couple get through it!!). You probably do that too.
I give the bugs "the shake down" by moving their hiding places around. When they all head for the walls, I pick they ones that will meet their fate by size. I push them into a small jar that has calcium power in it. Swish them around in the powder and they don't try to get out of they jar. I usally have 30 or 40 of the small size in the jar before they go bye-byes, Then I grab 30 or more of the next size for the bigger dragons.

They are fast, but not faster than my team of dragons! LOL
