Reptiles Pending Legislation concerning ROC State of Florida
(Reptiles of Concern, the 5 Big Snakes and Monitors)

Eugene Bessette of Ophiological Services, who is a committee member of CWTAG (Captive Wildlife Technical Advisory Group) Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission

This is a very important meeting with regards to reptile owners’ rights both now and in the future. We will also have someone on hand to register voters. The meeting is open to the public.

someone points out how much a greater problem we have with feral cats and dogs. After all, they inhabit most of florida. Also, cats hunt many native species and dogs are more dangerous than monitors or snakes.
