Turns out that the Eagle was a she. She was released today. It was a wonderful sight to see her fly. They think some Red-Tails beat her up and she needed some time to recoup. The people at the wildlife refuge will be keeping a eye out for her to make sure she does well.

I also had to overnight two baby Kestrals. I'll try and share the pics of all of them when I can.

It's volentter. Don't get paid any and it costs almost as much as my snakes!
Days like today make it all worth it. One flying free and three more that should(Someone else brought in a baby owl).
