The summer rains are finally showing up here in east central Florida. No snakes tonight, but several anaurans were out and about. Some of the local leopard frogs are quite attractive. They have a really nice green background color. I missed a shot of one that was a real hog. The spots were perfectly round black polka dots on the same green background. He hopped just as I was composing the shot.

That's a very attractive frog.
Far different then the leopard frogs up here in Chicago. (northern)
