i was wondering if it is safe to use sticks and leaves from outside. like possibly some curly willow or grape vine? and if so how would i go about steralizing them? also i read that it may healp my chameleon feel more comfertable to lay her eggs if i place leaves in the tub to make it look more like the forest flore?

I have always used branches from maple trees that I have washed well. I have never had any problems doing it this way.

For my babies I use branches from a corkscrew hazel because they are very small and curly so they fill the cage up nicely.
