I moved a few large rats from the freezer to the refridgerator two nights ago. I was planning on feeding yesterday but ran out of time. Do you think the are still good even though they haven't been frozen for 48 hours? Thanks.

I smell them if you wouldn't eat them why would your snakes! LOL But seriously I have left rats refrigerateded after thawing for a few days before use. I always give them a good wiff if they stink I throw them. Don't make it a habit but I think they will be fine.

I've left my frozen rats in the fridge for 2 or 3 days max. no problem. they still smelled and looked fresh. however a fresh rat smells... like nothing to me. so that must be good.
