When I hatch out Axanthics, be sure to sell them when they are babies and still awesome looking silver.

Hope your are hatching out VPI Axanthics, then you won't have to worry. This guy is from early '04 and I just took this picture about a week ago. I am pretty sure you can spot him from the het.

I have the SK line of Axanthics, a nice banded het Pair that produced last year, but most of the eggs molded. I got two banded poss het babies and one Axanthic, however the Axanthic did not make it out of the egg alive. The color was amazing though. Even the VPI line is not silver as adults. I am not going to argue who has the better line, I have seen nice animals from both, but niether line has silver adults, the silver like the babies have.

can you see cold blooded's picture of his adult vpi. how can you say it is not silver and you don't want to argue. man the picture says more than words ever will. it is what it is brother.
