this was one of 4 zonatas we saw in long crack in granite dome...

this one was found after lifting a large flack on granite dome

a great leaner rock, think i'll lift it...

heres what was wedged behind leaner rock getting warm

take a close look in the crack......

heres what was in there, i got it out gently not harming the z at all

last falls hatchling found under piece of bark..

and finally a mt.st.helena zonata!!

Great photos Jon!! Be carefull who you tell about localities. I know you will but I saw that first guy wants to know exactly where they come from. Remember what that author dude has done in the past. Here today, extinct from an area tommorrow.
