Hondurans aren't the biggest milks, but they are really nice snakes. This website lists most kings and milks and their sizes and pictures. It says Hondos get 48", but I'm pretty sure they get bigger. I love all of my hondos. Don't worry about the size, get a Hondo. You won't be disappointed. Derek

The biggest honduran was slightly shy of 8 feet am I correct? There was a picture up here from a book a long time ago, giant tangerine, but I forget the book name. It was a beauty. I actually thought they were the largest milksnakes, unless recently I missed something.

Yeah, four feet is about average.
That being said, my one large female is very close to six feet.

Hondos and Black Milks are the biggest.I keep both, but If I were you I would get a black milk. Its cool watching the transformation form tri-color to solid black.

Don't forget that the Andean, Guatamalan, Staurt Milk and maybe a couple others could also reach 6 feet.

Ya but they all tend to get very dark as they get older.

Not if your only 4 feet tall yourself! Just kidding! I hope mine get close to that size. How many eggs does a girl like that lay? How old are they? Very Nice Hondos! Derek

The longest recorded triangulum was a micropholis at 102''

The San Antonio Zoo has or had a pair of gaigea that are over 8'

Hondurensis average 48'', I find that odd, I'd be more inclined towards the 60'' average lenght for hondurans...

Yeah, I suppose it all depends on what you consider an "adult" age.
My 48" animals are about 4 years old.
My 70" female is about 8 years old.
But then, I also have a 6 year old male who's only about 48" himself, and a four year old female who's barely 36"
