WOW.....more NEW MORPHS !

millenniummorphs May 29, 2006 11:08 AM

We decided to cut some eggs that are due to hatch in about 10 days from now. They were supposed to be Mojave poss het albino X Normal. No reason to cut them this early but me and a friend were a little curious.

I grabbed the first egg out of 8 and began to cut. The snke looked white but I was not sure if it was the belly or not. So I continued to cut until we could see the entire animal. Then we poked at the snake to make him move a little in the egg. Sure enough he moved around a little and there was no color except white.

The eyes were black or blue and the entire body looked white. The only color on the animal was two black stripes from the eyes to the back of the head. It looks pretty wild.

Then the other 7 eggs were something completely different as well. They all have pattern but are a silverish platinum color.

I have no idea what is going on over here but it is definately a BRAND NEW MORPH here.

I will be posting pics soon......

Wow.....Pretty damb close. What did you breed to get that.Mine does not have the yellow on it. It has more of just the faint black color. What did you produce in the rest of the clutch. Get back with me.......I am curious .

Did the "normal" parent have a wide white belly?

Lets hear it.....

Are you asking me? I don't have any proven morphs.

I've just noticed that most of the hets for the white snake complex have wide white bellies including some of the otherwise more normal looking ones. I'm not sure about the normal sibling offspring of lesser platy though.
