we have had our first ball for about 2 weeks. She had shed right before we got her. I noticed some little silver *bubbles* on her eyes the other day, and was asking around if that was normal eye color for these guys. It is now obvious ( today) that is is her eye caps shedding. Arent they supposed to loose these as they shed thier skin? Someone said if she needs help getting them off, she uses tape, but is that safe, and arent the scales supposed to me moistened and gently eased off?? How do I know if it has been TOO long and she needs help?? They just got fully clowde yesterday. How long till they usually come off normall from when they fully cloud?? THANKS...

You could try soaking and provide a moist rough towel for her to rub against.
