how long until new born baby boas usually start feeding? if they are premature does it take much longer? thanks

very rarely will they eat right away. More often they will start accepting food right after they have their first shed, which typically takes anywhere from 7-14 days from the date of birth. Start out with very small prey, such as a fuzzy mouse.
