I just wanted to know if this piece of wood would work well in a terrarium set up for dart frogs? I am thinking of purchasing it.

That looks like it would do well. I would just be worried about shipping, I would think that some of the mosses and lichens might come off, but other than that it looks great.

Heres my thoughts
1) The guy has 0 feedback and hasnt even been registered for more then 30 days. I personally dont mess with people that have 10 or less feedback.
2) What kind of moss is that? He/she may say its for a humid enviroment but it might not be...
3) He doesnt say its driftwood, if its not it might decompose over time.
Those are my thoughts, and my personal opinion only.
