reptimals May 30, 2006 04:52 PM

hello, the flexwatt that goes thru my rack system only works halfway now because when i slid one of my tubs in it krinkled the heat tape and made a sort of bend in it .. if i press it down or touch it when its on it sparks ... the heat works all the way before that "krink" but it doesnt work after that krink ..

any idea on how to get it working again?? anybody every have this happen before??

Sounds to me like you need to replace that heat tape pronto! or you can cut it where it is damaged. Make sure it is unplugged if you cut it.

I think your best bet is to just order it online and have it delievered to your door in a few days.

Good luck.
