Since we made this perch, our cyclura spends more time out of his cage in one spot instead of climbing on our furniture

He seems to love it.

Does he have a ladder or how does he get up on it? Is it close to the couch or something?

It is right on the end of the couch. I put him up there and he
jumps down to the couch, comes and snuggles with us and then
jumps back up when he wants to get warm again
