I think you'll soon find that the answer to that is "NO".
Between the lack of air flow, and the increased in heat and too much humidity, and the glass reflection causing threats to your cham, the experts here will advise you to go with a screen enclosure!
There are lots of great screen enclosures available commercially. Some of us, including myself, have built our own!

It is best to use a screen cage in most instances. The ventilation is necessary in creating ventilation for gradients in heat. Here are some pics of how we have our cages. Try to keep the cages simple, that way cleaning is easier.
