i haven't been online much lately but i have had some terrible lizard times. stew a uro got an eye infection which was a resp infection then walter showed signs of a resp infection even though he has never met stew. for various reasons gracie was staying with walter and was peeling but a little lethargic so i took her to the vet with him as precaution. they spent the night at the vet and an hour after i got them home i noticed gracie wasn't moving. i took her back to the vet despite my instinct and they confirmed she was dead.

i didn't even know she was really sick and the vet didn't either since they sent her home. she was born november 20, just a little over 6 months. i am so sad, i don't really know what to do

Very sorry about lil Gracie ! It's been a strange season so far, (for me as well) I won't go into it all but I understand how you are feeling.
Just had a runt hatch last night and die before he got all the way out of the egg. Ya wonder why he had to go through becoming a lil lizard, and hatching, just to die.

It seems as though everyone thrives, and then one by one things creep up and take ya by surprise. You NEVER have all the answers or can not get too comfortable with the knowledge you have, becuase theres always something new that crops up that leaves us bewildered.

Hope Gracie will hang around with the little hatchling and show him the ropes

Feel better soon.
