Woo Hoo.. unexpected clutch from a nice

bcijoe May 31, 2006 06:11 PM

pair...

Sorry no pics!!! Camera's dead, all batteries gone... all batteries in remotes and such have been swapped for near dead ones already.. lol

So I bought this female ball a couple years ago and she was labeled Burgandy, but I paid normal price...

She is light, pretty, lots of blushing and lots of flames... oh and a totally clear belly too.

So we put my buddies blonde pastel male in there, and he was locked on her quick! I had to remove him after a few days and I didn't think she took...

I always thought she was a bit big, but not big enough...

A couple days ago she was turned upside down, and I started thinking again... lol.. checked yesterday when I came home from work and she looked normal again.. checked today and found her on a big pile of eggs! Atleast 7, 8..

Well, been breeding boas for a while, and this is only my first year with balls, and only my third clutch... was pretty excited and had to share...

Thanks for reading!

I will be sure to do so.. plan on taking some new pics tonight or tomorrow too...

wanna hear something funny?

She was chowing down on LARGE to JUMBO F/T Rats until 4 days before laying the eggs!!!!!

She had skipped a couple of those, but ate more than most of my other balls!!! LOL

Thanks again, Joe
