burm breeding

BurmMania Jun 01, 2006 02:05 AM

I am reading up on my burm breeding and I just read an article that said for burms you introduce the female into the males cage. Is that correct??? I always thought it was the other way around.

While no experience actually breeding burms, it works pretty much the same was as with other herps. It really doesn't matter. Some will argue both sides, and which one works better for them. I hate making references to the wild because this is captivity but in the wild males go looking for females not the other way around. Speak with some of the more successful breeders and see what they have to say.
