Many of our animals require us to augment humidity through misting. This can be good as it provides for your animal’s needs and allows you to visually inspect your animal. I used to use a spray bottle to mist my animals. This was fine when my collection was small, but became a bit of a pain as my collection grew. I found I had to refill the spray bottle constantly.

Now, I use a large garden sprayer to mist my animals. A one gallon sprayer holds enough water to mist all of my animals in one session without having to refill. I also like the fact that once pumped up, I can spray without repeatedly squeezing a trigger – nice!

One note: Mark your mister as WATER ONLY!!.

I hope you found this tip useful. Do you have any husbandry tips? I’d love to hear.
