Can anybody recommend salad mixes that you find in the super market. I think he is getting tired of the spring mix he seems to pick out the mustard greens particularly. Any comments on this topic is greatly appreciated. He is eating fine, I just would llike to give him variety.

There are bound to be dandelions, plantains, & clover growing in your yard or close by in your neighborhood. Get out & pick him some.

He has an outdoor enclosure for the summer which he eats all the dandelions, grasses and even earth worms. I was hoping to see if I could give him or offer something different just for variety. I did purchase via internet a bag of seed mix especially for red foots, but haven't gotten around to planting the trays. Thanks in advance any info is greatly appreciated. By the way does your red foot make funny noises. Mine does I was wondering if there has been any research with regard to red foots communicating/vocalizing.

Thank goodness mine hasn't discovered his voice yet. I just know that once he does, he'll never shut up!
