I noticed old Chop-chop doing the "squirm & swipe" and decided to get a shot of him shedding his skin.
It turned out grosser than I expected. Plus I severely underexposed the shot. So here it is - I hope you don't lose your lunch over it:

I usually don't notice until he's well into the shed, but it appears to take only a few minutes. And since they are active at night, I probably miss most of the shedding activity.
They go through the strangest contortions, twisting their bodies while using the legs (all four) to pull the skin towards the mouth.
