I need to get in touch with Tom Crutchfield, can anyone supply me with his contact information or pass my contact information on to him ... if so I would appreciate it!!

A old friend of Tom's (and mine)from over sea's is visiting the US very soon, he hasnt seen Tom in more than 12 years and would like to see him while he is in the US, as there is no telling if and when he will travel to the US again.

Help with this would be appreciated, and please no one openly post Tom's contact info on the board.
