this once little guy is almost 4 feet and about 18 months old. what is more important for breeding? age, length, or weight?

I think there all important especially in females. But an individual snake's growth can vary greatly. Once you get them past that first hurdle and on rat pups they can pick-up weight quickly. Yours has "taken-off" very nicely.

well this is the male and i have two females that are a year younger. thus the females have to play the catch up game prior to breeding. the only thing i dont care too much for is that the white bands in hatchlings tend to turn a yellowish hue as my male has. but the orange bands are wide on these so im anxious to breed them.
