My son is 3 years old and actually owns 3 females that have bred for him (us) this season .I started buying him females to start raising as breeders last year.I was amazed when he asked me , "Are we going to have baby snakes again ? ". He is intrigued by these serpents and loves to watch and help(he holds them while tubs are being cleaned ), which is great handling practice .It's official.....he's HOOKED like the rest of us .

Cute pic. I've got some video of my oldest boy, about 2 years old at the time, sitting on the floor with my second ever ball python trying to stuff it under his fanny. Wish I knew how to put that in a post. What's that disclaimer say? " No animals or small children were harmed/killed/maimed during the filming of this clip?" On second thought I'd probably get verbally abused by everybody in the place

My kids are getting involved in our breeding program as well, it's awesome to see them enthusiastic about the snakes as well. My daughter just bought her first 1.0 het ghost and my son just bought his first 0.1 normal and both are looking forward to buying more snakes in the future.
