Just wondering if anybody knows of any place that has actually reversed anti herp laws and if so how it was accomplished. I live in San Francisco,Ca where you can't own any constrictor that grows to a length of 5 ft or greater. The permit system that everybody is fearing in Florida would be a beautiful thing here.

no fear of the permit system as it's bound to happen. Lets think...permit system or ban...you make the choice. Highly doubt any herp law will be turned back, good luck though!
