Pics of a few of my kingsnakes.

Heres part of one of my obsessions.

Female knob, growing up quickly, shes growing more quickly then my male from the same clutch. I picked them up last spring from Troy Whitacre. They are great looking pyros, and he was a pleasure to deal with too.

Big beauty of a male speckled king. Supposedly from east Texas. He ate my big pretty female splendida due to poor husbandry on my part, damn. Gonna have to find a worthy female for him someday. He's eating a three foot yellow rat that I tried like hell to save. The rat snake received two deep punctures on it's head from a raptor I assume, he didn't make it, not from lack of trying.

Little Shawnee king, collected from Southern Illinois last fall. He could barely choke down day-old pinks at the time, now he's up to hoppers. Someday I will try to find a female from the same spot. I love this snake to death.

That's all for now..

Matt
