Face Rubbing

Floss Jun 05, 2006 05:24 PM

Currently, I am rebuilding a larger habitat with a background for my Water Dragon, because he is beginning to rub his snout on the glass. It has caused a small wound to form upon his mouth, and I was curious as if I would be able to apply some sort of ointment to treat it, such as Neosporin, or some other brand that would be harmless to him.

Yes, you can use some neosporin, put on a Q-tip or something. I would put some paper or tape that he cant see through on a portion of the bottom of the glass so he cant see his reflection or outside to help prevent him from doing it more.
