RNS help for leopards

hi i have a group of leopard tortoises i had a small group of leopard adults and i receced two other adults i keept them seperated for a few weeks and everyting seemed great so i decited to put them together(i know not long enough) then i noticed the 2 i got started having a runny nose so i quickly seprated i know nothing about rns how bad is it? i took them to a vet and they gave me so antibotic it seemed to work. will it ever go away? i would like any if you may have.

did the vet take a swab and do sensitivity testing to determine which antibiotic to give you? Which antibiotic did you get?
