Sex question - regarding leos...

Liann Jun 06, 2006 10:55 AM

In my reading about Leopard Geckos, I came across something that said that most leos that you find in pet stores are females. It didn't explain why, just stated that. Does anyone know why that would be? If it's even true?

I beleive the reason is that the breeders that produce for the big chaing stores incubate for female so that more can be housed together. I have however seen quite a few males from pet stores.
