a few new pix of one of our new Orange Snow females and update on our new camera...

dragonsbynature Jul 31, 2003 08:01 PM

Hey guys.. here are a few pictures of one of our Orange Snow females that just shed out.. she's got a ton of orange for a Red x Snow dragon.. her mom is totally white.. not orange lol.

As far as my new Nikon Coolpix2100 camera.. it works great for the most part, except for in low lighting.. i just took these pictures about an hour ago and you can see they came out a little blurry in the low light. The color is perfect as far as accuracy, but the blurryness is a bit disapointing. I'll play around with the settings.. but just a quick update in case anyone was thinking about buying it.

Orange Snow Female

Another picture.

Sorry for them being a little blurry. Hope you like them.

thanks Karen, no I don't post pix of the dragons we sell on the forum.. I do that on the classifieds or on the website.. that would be a violation of the TOS.

I just like sharing pix of my favorites with the gang on here cuz everyone on here has got some awesome looking dragons.. so i'm just sharing some of our favs

Call her "Dreamcicle" morph... that would rock.

I have anikon coolpix also. In low lighting put the camera on macro(sp) feature even if its not extremly close. For some reason it lets more light in and the pictures come out super clear with tons of fine detail. If that doesnt work change the background to a white background. And finally if that doesnt work change it from auto flash to no flash , this will automaticly adjust the shutterspeed and let more light in. you just have to be really still. Hope this helps.

peace,
nate

sweet, thanks for the info and the tips.. I will definitely try that and see if it helps with mine. I'll post some more pix tomorrow with those settings to see how it helped. Appreciate it.
