Do your BP's shed in unison?

bpconnection Jun 07, 2006 08:52 AM

I've found that a chunck of my collection has gotten on the same shed cycle. I have about 10 snakes that all have shed w/in a week of eachother for the past few sheds.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just coincidence?

My collection (small) seems to divide in half. One half goes with in 3 days of each other, and 2 weeks later the other half goes into shed wihtin 3 days of each other. Maybe because of their ages, and that they are all on the same feeding schedule?

Mine all go within a few days of each other also. The feeding schedule may just be the reason. Hadn't really given that much thought.

and I had 6 snakes shed on one day...I'd noticed this last "shed" that several were around the same time, so I was just watching for it this time...

I just wondered if it was something like some of my friends (girls) back in college...they talked about how they all got on the same cycle w/ roommates.

LOL, Jeremy I knew that would come up somewhere I have also known several women to cycle at the same time. Oddly enough it was around the time of the full moon in every case. Think there's a connection between that and PMS???
