She is about 6 feet long. Unfortunately she was DOR.

That is a monster! Unfortuanly, the largest gophers I've found have also been DOR. In my experience, gophers have been more likely to be DOR than any other species I've found.

Man, I love sonorans, I saw 4 large adults this spring in Maricopa AZ, all DOR. It is sad. I did find a young male and a female alive on the road this year though. Thanks for shareing the pic would have been super cool to see that one alive.
