as soon as i finished writing this post i took him out ... and his eyes weren't grey anymore, i looked for some shedding pieces and i didn't find any ! has this ever happened before to anybody ?
Your snake is fine. It is NORMAL for his colors to return to normal for anywhere from 2-10days before the actual shed.
The only thing you have to do is leave the snake alone. When he actually starts shedding, if it does not all come off in about 24 hours then go ahead and soak the snake for about an hour in luke warm water (NOT HOT!!) then rub the stuck peices with a damp wash cloth.
If you think your humidity may be a bit low, you could give him a 20 min soak in luke warm water now, or mist him some........but if your humidity is good, leave the snake alone.......he knows how to shed!
