Common Snapper video clip

ballpythons18 Jun 07, 2006 07:16 PM

If this works, this is my female common snapper in her 75 gallon AGA. She has a shell length of 8.5 inches and i'm soon going to buy a 210 gallon AGA just for her.

what a cute lil video.... is the goldfish a friend or dinner.... and do snapping turtles need a place to "sun" themselves?? i found a snapper down the street from my house just crossing the road....she almost got hit and we have not so nice kids in our neighborhood... when i looked at her closer...her nose is pushed in.... and she breathes out of her mouth... i cant really get good pics...but any ideas?? thanks!!

thx everyone, she is a female common snapper with a shell length of now 8 3/4. i've had her for about 4 years now, she was big enough to fit in the palm of my hand, so she was around 3-3 1/2 inches when I first got her, she was a wildcaught where a bunch of kids swim(myself included)and I asked my mom if I could brig home a cute snapper, she was like yea, i'm now 18 and got her when I was 14-15 something like that, I know it's been a while since I last posted, but i'm still saving for that 210 gallon.
