is my corn secreting something?

sometimes when im handling my adult corn which i think is female there is a drop of yellowish liquid coming out of the cloaca, but its never in the center and she makes a trail with it.

she is "musking" you.
The will excrete a foul liquid from their cloaca as a defense mechanism. Sometimes a lot, sometimes just a little.
Frequent handling will usually get them more used to you and less likely to musk.

I'm having a similar problem with a corn snake in the lab at my college. I know they musk but the amount she excretes seems extreme. Her enclosure is covered in it, and the area around her cloaca was caked with solidified musk.
